Quick Steps to Attending a Virtual User Group Meeting
Step 1 To join a phone conference:
- Dial the access number.
- At the system prompt, dial your Participant Entry Code.
Step 2 To begin a Web conference:
- Go to www.webmeetpro.com
- You should click the "Join a Meeting" button (left-hand side)
- At the login screen, type the entry codes and click the "Login" button. You will need to fill in the following information;

What are Virtual User Group Meetings?
Virtual User Group Meetings function the same way as Local User Group meeting, except that the group meets via a conference call to hear the presenters/leaders and a website URL is provided for presentation sharing and online chat, rather than a face-to-face meeting.
Who can attend a Virtual User Group Meeting?
Anyone can attend a Virtual User Group meeting; all you need is a phone and computer and be signed up as a member of that particular user group and it's Virtual User Group meeting.

In order to attend a particular virtual user group meeting, you must first join the local user group hosting the meeting and register for the meeting as you would a normal face to face meeting.

Do's and Don'ts when attending a virtual user group meeting
As a virtual meeting participant please follow this etiquette to help create a proper conference call setting.
- Do review your user group meeting invitation to get the dial-in and website pass codes which are needed to join the call.
- Do dial in on time. The phone line will beep every time someone new joins the call. Dialing in late can be a distraction to those attending a meeting that has already started.
- Do log in to the online conferencing website early to ensure your computer has the necessary requirements to join the meeting. (www.webmeetpro.com ) If not, you may need to download additional software.
- Do Be sure to follow the instructions being given to you by the meeting facilitator. He/She might ask you to press *6 to mute your phones, only ask questions via the chat functionality, participate in polls, etc.
- Do try to avoid noises and distractions. Find a quite environment.
- Don't assume everyone recognizes your voice. This is especially important for large meetings, announce yourself before speaking.
- Don't push the mute button, or place the conference on hold. Many business phones will start playing music when you push the mute or hold button.
