Premier TUGs Club 2011/2012

The Global Tivoli User Community recognizes the following user groups for their extraordinary contributions to the Tivoli user community. These user groups have exhibited the following characteristics

  • Membership Growth >=25% year to year or 200+ members (July 10 - June 11)
  • Frequency of meetings>=2 meetings per year
  • Meetings are posted on the TUC site
  • Post meeting feedback is provided
  • Stable and proactive customer leadership
  • Constructive meetings (clear and complete agenda layout, use evaluation forms, efficient use of time and meeting room facilities)

The Global Tivoli User Group council wishes to express its appreciation for these user groups and their hard-working leaders by providing them with a Premier TUC Club membership until July 31, 2012 with the following:

  • Appreciation gifts to raffle off at their meetings
  • Tivoli Executive to attend/speak at one of their upcoming meetings.
  • Three geography specific group Support Technical Exchanges (STEs) tailored sessions

These groups and leaders strive to create a thriving global community and they are succeeding. We look forward to their continued contributions in the future, and the hope to include more user groups in this special club as the Global Tivoli Community continues to grow.

We give a special welcome to the following 7 newly inducted Premier TUC Club members :

To qualify for the 2012/2013 Premier club membership the following criteria will be analyzed:

  • 25% increase in growth or 200+ Members
  • Customer Leadership
  • At least 2 or more meetings since July 2011
  • Provide Post meeting feedback (filled out form)
  • Meetings are posted on the TUC site
  • Leaders must attended at least one user group leader's support call per year
  • Engaged with the Community on various initiatives
