Ways you can participate
Participating is easy Case Study - A Tivoli customer case study is a professionally produced story that highlights our customers and their use of Tivoli software from IBM. To create the story, we conduct a brief telephone interview with you. Interview questions are provided in advance, so you know what to expect. Here are examples. Video Testimonials> - Through IBM videos, you have an opportunity to speak on camera about your successful implementation of Tivoli solutions and the importance to your business. We provide the interview questions in advance, so that you can prepare. We can videotape at your location, or other mutually convenient place. As with other IBM reference materials, you have an opportunity to review and approve the video footage before it is used. Typically, these videos are shown at customer events and posted on the Web. Here are examples. Speaking Engagements at IBM-sponsored Events - You can gain high-profile access to industry and media audiences by taking advantage of speaking opportunities at conferences where IBM is a featured participant, or the event sponsor. IBM provides support. We can help you create a compelling presentation and will coordinate presentation logistics. Speaking at a Tivoli Technical User Conference (TTUC) - As a presenter at TTUC, you will have the opportunity to share with your User Group peers, your experiences with Tivoli technology. The Tivoli Technical User Conference brings together product experts, executives and customers to network and learn from each other. It is a technical, solutions-oriented, systems management conference that offers attendees an in-depth look into Tivoli Solutions. Reference in IBM executive speeches and presentations - We will produce an IBM presentation slide that describes the investment you have made in deploying Tivoli software, the reasons why, and the benefits realized. The slide includes your company logo and a quote that summarizes your company's experience with IBM Tivoli software. [sample slides to come] Customer calls or visits - Taking a call or hosting a visit from a potential IBM client enables you to network with other Tivoli software customers. Activities range from speaking with another customer by telephone to inviting them to a company location to see Tivoli in use. IBM proposals - One of the simplest ways to participate in the Reference Program is to be included in an IBM proposal. These proposals explain to potential Tivoli customers how Tivoli software from IBM can be used successfully in their environments. Talk to Consultant/Analyst - Analysts are eager to speak with companies such as yours to gain an understanding of customer technology needs and obtain real-life examples for their articles. At the same time, analyst interviews provide you with opportunities to gain free advice from industry experts. Talk to Press - Journalists contact IBM for comment on topics that span from a strategic view of technology's impact on businesses to a company's experience in using Tivoli products. When a customer agrees to participate in a press interview, you can decide which topics to discuss, and are not required to comment on sensitive information about your company. |
