Technical Delivery Manager
David has been in the Information Technology field for 22 years. He started as a technical support specialist for a year and moved from there to network engineering. David continued his career by becoming a Novell CNE. After working in the Novell arena for about 5 years he then spent a couple of years in several programming positions and project management positions. At that time David became interested in Enterprise Systems Management. He spent the next 15 years working for a global company designing, architecting, and deploying the Tivoli suite of tools globally for that company as well as several other enterprise toolsets. For the last 5 years he has managed that team and led the direction for Enterprise Systems management for this company. David became one of the GTUG original members when it was formed.

Zaven Anbarchian
Service Management Architect / Technology Consultant Specialist
Zaven has been in Information Technology for 26 years. He started as MVS Systems programmer and continued for 6 years implementing mainframe hardware, operating systems and other program products. He then went on to build the Storage Management team within Kaiser from scratch including staffing, evaluation and selection of storage hardware / software technologies, engineering and support of various storage technologies which he managed for 6 years. His next project included creating the Automation / Systems management team which also included staffing, evaluation and selection of automation hardware / software technologies, engineering and support of various automation technologies. He selected and implemented the Tivoli suite of products for enterprise automation / systems management. He managed the systems management team for 11 years and became one of the original GTUG members when it was first formed. For the past three years, he has been involved with service management architecture (primarily ITIL based), and has served as a service management technology consultant, tools evaluation / selection, mapping of tools to requirements and providing technology / tools roadmaping.
