Pay it forward by sharing your technical
knowledge and experiences to help other TUC
Members!
You don't have to be an expert to assist
others with their technical issues. The
Global Tivoli Software User Community (TUC)
needs people like you who may have
experienced technical issues in the past, had
them resolved and can now assist others
experiencing a similar issue.
Participate in the TUC Peer
to Peer Knowledge Exchange (P2P) as a
"Helping Hand".
The P2P Knowledge Exchange is a communication
forum that enables community members to
receive and /or provide information on the
hows, whats, and whys of the Tivoli tools
set. The P2P "Helping Hands" are comprised
of people like you who have volunteered to
periodically (maybe once or twice
month) receive questions from members and
assist them with their technical issues.
The answers provided help to create a useful
archive for use by all of the TUC
members.
The TUC currently needs helping hands in the
following product categories, please click on
the category you are interested in to sign up
as a "Helping Hand" today.
Asset Management
Security, Risk and
Compliance
Service Availability,
Delivery, Process and Performance Mgt
Storage Management
Network and Service
Assurance
Besides the Peer to Peer Knowledge
Exchange (P2P) , the TUC continues it's
efforts to "Enable the Tivoli User" by
encouraging all of you to participate in the
other website collaborative services such as
the Tivoli Information
Exchange, and "Be Heard" . Please
click on the links to learn more about these
services.
We know that these collaboration tools, and
more specifically a collaboration
environment, can lead to dramatic increases
in the value of your Tivoli products.
Collaboration can facilitate more effective
business processes and decreases your need
for support and other costs.
Happy Collaborating!
Thanks,
The Global Tivoli User Community
