Australian IBM Maximo User Group - South Australia

Southern Australia Maximo User Group is open to any IBM Maximo users and those interested in Maximo products and services in South Australia.

The goal of this group is to provide information sharing among members using Maximo to do IT Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management, representation to GTUG Council and access to IBM Maximo for product information. Meetings will be focused around solving common business problems using Maximo Products through information sharing and customer presentations.

The SA Maximo User Group was selected into the Premier User Group Club for 2009/2010. This was as a result of this group being a high performer and meeting the Premier UG Club criteria. One of the benefits of being in the Premier Club is that the group will receive a tailored Support Technical Exchange (STE) session along with the other Maximo Premier groups in Asia Pacific region ie. NSW & ACT Maixmo User Group and NZ Maximo User Group.

As a result, a live (remote) Support Technical Exchange Session delivered by two of IBM's subject matter experts based in United States has been arranged.

The STE will cover two topics:

Topic 1:
Integration Framework Overview and New Features in IF 7:
- Maximo Integration Framework
- Integration Framework Changes From MEA 6.x to IF 7.1
- Integration Framework New Features

Export and Import with Maximo Integration Framework.:
- Maximo Integration Framework
- Basic configuration - external system, object structure, endpoint
