The meeting format will be an ‘open-agenda/discussion’ on a variety of topics from you – our members. Several of you have already submitted some topics including:

Balancing Work and Lifestyle thru Maximo
Improving Equipment Integrity, Availability, and Reliability
Improving Process Safety Management
Addressing the Knowledge Management Challenge
Planning & Scheduling
Asset Lifecycle Management
Integrated Operations
During the first part of the meeting we will add to the above list and then vote on the three most important topics. Then our group will discuss the key issues, trends, challenges, solutions, etc.

Summary:
On Sunday, February, 8, 2009 we will be meeting at the MGM Grand hotel for our second Maximo Oil & Gas Users Group meeting (2-5pm).
