Following high demand from our customers, IBM Tivoli launched the first Swiss Tivoli User Group in 2004.
Ultimately Tivoli User Groups are always independently run and managed by customers, however IBM Tivoli is actively arranging the current meetings.
In 2008, these groups will become part of the Guide Share Europe organisation (www.gse.org).

User Group offer many benefits you can take advantage of. The most important benefits include networking, sharing of knowledge and experience, and having a unique link into IBM Tivoli with access to Tivoli experts and Executives. As a group you become part of the One Voice into Tivoli joining users worldwide in giving feedback to IBM AND receiving feedback from IBM, taking advantage of existing UG support processes and commitments.
Some customers even see User Group meetings as an extension to training events they attend and conclude that joining User Group activities is time well spent.
