Come and hear a unique perspective of what is and isn't Cloud, how Governments around the world are reacting, and what is likely to be seen within Australian Federal Government.
Ian Nobbs (CPEng) is the IBM Client IT Architect for Centrelink and more broadly the Department of Human Services. He also has responsibility for AGIMO and representing IBM to Federal Government regarding Cloud & IT. While being engaged as a Client IT Architect for the past 5 years, he previously held roles for the previous 15 years as an Architect in both the IBM Software and IBM Hardware groups.

Lewis Troke is a Service Management Consultant for IBM. Lewis has extensive experience of architecting and implementing solutions for customers to help them to understand and manage their end to end IT infrastructure, associating IT to the services that Business needs in order to be able to operate effectively. In his more than 30 years in the IT Industry, Lewis has been variously a data centre manager, network consultant, and latterly a service management consultant. His work with customers includes building return on investment cases to ensure that projects are sustainable, and show value, and a return back to the business. He has worked extensively with large financial institutions, Utilities and Retail organisations worldwide, and especially in northern Europe. Most recently Lewis has been working on Business Service Management and Cloud solutions.
