The Japan Tivoli Users Group was formed in aim of maximizing users mutual benefits in leveraging Tivoli Products & Solutions. The objectives and activities of JTUG are as follows,
<UL>
Interactive information sharing between users<BR>
JTUG is to provide a communication platform for users to share and to learn information and experiences from each other and thus be able to obtain more knowledge and further leverage of Tivoli Products & Solutions.Users are able to receive timely information delivery as well as support directly from Tivoli through JTUG.<BR>
<BR>A Channel for users to input requests to Tivoli<BR>
User Requests such as product improvements could be hand to Tivoli through JTUG. By realizing the proposed requests, higher user benefits can be achieved.<BR>
