Want to influence the upcoming releases of the Tivoli products (requirements)?
Development teams are looking for companies to participate in establishing the direction of upcoming releases of products. The only commitment on your part is an hour of time from 4 to 6 people at your company. The Tivoli development team sends two people to visit your location on-site to discuss your company's goals, techniques, and pain points in the context of the Tivoli product you're using.

IBM software needs your input! Consumability Assessment

When evaluating the value of a software solution, some people ask, "Will it do the job?" We prefer to ask, "How easily will it get the job done?" because we know that a small difference between easy and hard is a big difference in the bottom line. We use the term consumability to describe the difference between a product that works and one that makes your work easier, such as:

  • how easily you were able to find the product that matched your business needs;
  • how fast you installed and configured the product to your environment;
  • how well the product fulfilled its function within your organization;
  • how efficiently the product suited your organization's usage on a daily basis; and
  • how easily you were able to derive business value from the product on a long-term basis.
IBM believes that good consumability starts with knowing our users' priorities. To that end, we have designed the Consumability Assessment to gain insight into your business priorities and experiences with IBM software. The Consumability Assessment, which requires approximately 30 minutes to complete, allows you to provide your input based on your experience and priorities for 31 product characteristics. You are then given the opportunity to prioritize those areas that matter most according to the demands of your business.
